Onboarding
Opening an account with Ambe.
Suppliers and customers need different details, so we handle the two separately. Here is what each side should have ready.
What to have ready
Two routes, kept apart.
Suppliers
- Registered company details and a trading contact
- Your role (manufacturer, wholesaler or other) and product area
- Relevant licences, registrations, questionnaires or account documents
- A commercial contact for offers and follow-up
Customers
- Company details, a buying contact and account information
- Business type, and where goods will be received
- Relevant licences, registrations or supporting documents
- Product interests and timing
Process
From first email to an open account.
Tell us which side you are on
Supplier, customer, or a manufacturer looking at the UK.
Send the core details
Company, contact, business type, products and timing.
We check the documents
Which licences, registrations, GDP questionnaires or account forms are in place, and what is still needed.
Next step agreed
An account, a supply discussion, or a request for anything still missing.
Documents
Documents support the review.
Account forms, GDP questionnaires, licences or registrations, company details and contacts may all be part of onboarding. What we ask for depends on your role and what you want to trade.
Sending documents does not by itself open an account or set trading terms. It gives us what we need to decide the next step.
Ready to start?
Email us your company details and which side of the trade you are on. We will tell you exactly what else we need.
